Toll Free Helpline for Women and Children (1098) pilot launch

Toll Free Helpline for Women and Children (1098) pilot launch was held on 5th July 2018 at the NCWC Secretariat. The launch was graced by the Hon`ble Lyonpo Dorji Choden, Chairperson, NCWC. The Toll Free Helpline for Women and Children in difficult circumstances will be operational from 9 am to 5 pm during weekdays. Voice messages can be send to NCWC during off hours and follow up will be made in the following days.
The Helpline will operate 24/7 from October 11, 2018.
