Zero Waste Hour on August 2, 2019

The National Commission for Women and Children observed the Zero Waste Hour on August 2, 2019 by cleaning the waste around the office premises, gardening of flower garden, picking up of waste along the road from the office till the Memorial Chorten and cleaning of drainage along the road side. The cleaning was attended by all the officials for about 1 hour (4 pm - 5 pm) and collected about 15 kg of waste such as Plastics, bottles, Papers and etc.
